The countdown is on for the 3rd annual Plein Air Litchfield fine art painting festival coming in September.
The 30 distinguished landscape artists chosen to participate include returning award-winners and nationally acclaimed masters who will be spreading out across our scenic hills, historic districts, and countryside to capture the timeless essence of Greater Litchfield.

“Palates & Palettes” Pop-up Events: Catch artists at local favorites like The Pink House in West Cornwall, The Lost Fox Inn, and The Abner Rooftop!
Community Quick Paint (Sunday, Sept 13): Open to artists of all levels! Compete or watch the historic district come alive in a fast-paced 3-hour painting sprint.
Artist Meet & Greet, Show & Sale: Wrap up Sunday evening with food trucks, Litchfield Distillery tastings, and fresh art at the Litchfield Community Center.
Collector’s Soirée & Cocktail Party (Saturday, Sept 19): Partnering this year with the 5 Points Arts Center campus in Torrington for an unforgettable gala and early-access art sale!
