Lindsey Turner, owner of Lindsey Victoria Photography, is a photographer and educator based in Litchfield, Connecticut. She photographs in-home newborns, families, professionals, businesses and fine art school portraits. She also hosts Portrait Pop-Ups in Litchfield each year for children and adults.
Her superpower is putting people at ease and that shines through in the connections and honest expressions in her photographs.
Lindsey’s background as a PR & Marketing Director for arts nonprofits, including Litchfield Performing Arts, gives her a wealth of knowledge she brings to her own business and utilizes to enhance her offerings. She serves clients in Litchfield County, CT and NYC.
She has been featured on NBC New York, was named the #1 Portrait Photographer in Litchfield County in Litchfield Magazine, named both the #1 Portrait Photographer in the region and the Person who has contributed the most to the RI region in Ruralintelligence.com and is a contributing writer for Rangefinder.com.
She educates other photographers online, via podcast interviews and at conferences. She has spoken at WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) and SPAC (School and Sports Annual Conference) both in Las Vegas, taught a webinar for Shootproof, is a leader in online photography communities and has been a featured guest on numerous podcasts including Annemie Tonken’s “This Can’t Be That Hard.”
Lindsey volunteers her time in the community as the Vice Chair of the town of Litchfield’s Economic Development Commission and loves to connect people and help them thrive.
And fun fact, Lindsey holds a BA in music (classical voice), and released a jazz album in her early 20s called “You’re Nearer: Love Songs of the ’30s and ’40s” which is still available on iTunes (under her maiden name, Lindsey Muir).
